J-Term Collaborative Confirmation
January is a chance for the ELCA youth in Northfield to come together and explore a variety of topics through the lens of faith. Topics that we are exploring this year are: Climate Change; The God We Don’t Believe in; The Drumbeat of Community in the African Church; Faith and Ethics; Acting from the Ground Up; Exploring Our Faith Through Art; and Ender’s Game Book Group. Classes are offered in-person, online, and hybrid.
Camps & Special Events
This summer (June 19th -25th), our middle school youth will enjoy the Flambeau River Ramble, led by Camp Amnicon. The Flambeau is said to be one of the nation’s finest canoeing rivers. It is a great introduction to whitewater canoeing!
During the school year, we often find ourselves playing night games at church, serving at places like 2nd Harvest, and having adventures like our annual canoe day trip. Check the online church calendar for upcoming events!
