Jesus said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)
The sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion carry God’s gifts of forgiveness, life, and salvation to God’s people. St. John’s offers these means of grace for you and for your family. To schedule a baptism contact Pastor Pam Fickenscher or the Church Office.
Parents who wish to have their baby or child baptized at St. John’s are asked to speak with Pastor Fickenscher to discuss the meaning of baptism and to talk about the details of the day.
Adults who wish to be baptized are invited to contact Pastor Fickenscher to plan for a time of instruction and talk about the details of the baptism day.
About the sacrament of Holy Communion at St. John’s: Holy Communion is the meal of the baptized children of God – all who seek the mercy and grace of God in the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus are welcome at the Lord’s Table. If your baptized child has expressed an interest in receiving Holy Communion, please contact a pastor.
